In this regard, Hamid Al-Wahbi Al-Shamri, head of the Welfare Affairs Association, says that the child is not more than two years old and is in safe hands.
Hamid Al-Wahbi said that the child has been handed over to the social care center in Alras Commissionerate because there is no such institution for child care in Hail region.
The head of the welfare affairs association also said that many families in Hail are ready to adopt the child and they have contacted and expressed their desire to adopt and care for the child until the parents are found.
