A special prosecutor will investigate classified Biden documents

United States Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed an independent prosecutor on Thursday to investigate classified documents found in a former office and private residence of Joe Biden.

Garland said that "signed a document appointing Robert Hur as special prosecutor" that "authorizes you to investigate any person or entity found to have violated the law" in this case, he said in a short speech.
