Hyderabad: An airline in India blew the mind of a passenger who booked tickets online, the airline gave the passenger a single-destination and arrival ticket.
According to media reports, a citizen named Aditya Venkatesh booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Bengaluru through AirAsia online, and was shocked when the ticket arrived after confirmation.
The passenger noticed that the ticket had the same point of departure and arrival i.e. the ticket was from Bengaluru to Bengaluru, when this matter came up on social media, users made fun of it.

After repeated unsuccessful attempts, Aditya finally posted his query on Twitter to seek a solution to his problem from the airline, he wrote, “I booked a flight ticket from Hyderabad to Bengaluru with AirAsia but found out That the ticket is being booked from Bengaluru to Bengaluru.
The fact that it’s a glitch is obvious. It did the same thing again, it was to edit an existing booking via the chrome browser on an Android phone. It still keeps showing the same thing. I still went ahead and booked it, because it was a last minute change. Fingers crossed

After online confirmation, the ticket also showed that the flight (in Bengaluru) would depart from Kempegowda International Airport at 14:20 and arrive at Kolkata’s Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport at 15:30.
Luckily they didn’t ask you to change the destination.. haha

Aditya told the airline, “I am confused, if I book this ticket, where will I actually go? And from where will I go?
AirAsia replied that it might be a technical glitch and to refresh the browser and make a new booking, but retrying resulted in the same result.
The viral tweet led to hilarious reactions from users, with the post garnering nearly 12,000 likes and mixed comments, with one user writing: “Luckily they didn’t ask you to change the destination.” “Hahaha.”
Don’t we know that we should refresh the page if this type of strange thing happens?

However, Aditya revealed in the comments that he had finished booking the ticket, and in the meantime his assistant had also reached Bengaluru.
