The Palestinian Ministry of Health said in its ongoing statement that the citizens who died as a result of the attack on Nablus were between 23 and 72 years old.
Health Ministry officials added that during the operation, more than 50 people were also injured by bullets and have been admitted to the hospital for medical assistance. Senior Palestinian official Hussain al-Sheikh has called for international protection for his people, calling Israel’s aggressive action a massacre.
It should be noted that the number of Palestinian civilians killed during this operation is the same as that of the Israeli army’s raid in Jenin last month, which was the deadliest operation in the West Bank since at least 2005.

UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres called for the end of Israeli settlements on the occupied Palestinian land, he said that every new settlement is another obstacle to peace, all Israeli settlement activities are illegal under international law. He said that such activities should be stopped, no incident or any reason can justify any terrorism.
During the first 53 days of this year, Israeli soldiers have killed 56 Palestinian citizens, including children. According to official sources, an Israeli police officer, nine civilians and a Ukrainian citizen have been killed during this period.
