The streamer, Ice Poseidon, said it’s within his power to return the money, but he won’t return most of it.

Ice Poseidon was a big Twitch name in the mid-2010s and came to prominence around 2015. His time on the platform, however, was anything but normal. Ice Poseidon was banned several times until April 2017, when Twitch put him on a permanent ban for being knocked down on a plane.
It was allegedly a hoax he and his viewers orchestrated to get police to call an American Airlines flight to Phoenix for a bomb threat. Ice Poseidon has since moved to YouTube after Mixer was discontinued in June 2020. All this means that Ice Poseidon has had a pretty dark past.
Coffeezilla, a YouTuber who investigates frauds and scams, posted a 23-minute video explaining the scams. Ice Poseidon tricked his followers into investing in CxCoin. This is a platform the streamer set up to get cryptocurrency donations. He took that money ($500,000 in total), pocketed $300,000 and allegedly bought a Tesla.
Ice Poseidon has not yet responded.
