YouTube has a web miniplayer that is now used to let you “keep watching” videos from your phone and other devices.
If you’re watching something and exit YouTube for Android or iOS, when you open YouTube on the web, this video will appear in the lower right corner. The miniplayer takes place one second before the pause. Instead of the channel name, “Continue Watching” is displayed below the video title.
Tapping the play button will automatically start in reduced view, while tapping anywhere will open the entire video page.
