Youngest MP Iqra Hasan Talks About Her Favorite Actor Shah Rukh Khan and Marriage Plans
Iqra Hasan, the 29-year-old Member of Parliament from Kairana, Uttar Pradesh, has a legacy of politics in her family. Her father Chaudhary Munavvar Hasan and mother Tabassum Hasan were also MPs from the Samajwadi Party. Iqra’s grandfather was also in politics, and her brother Nahid Hasan is an MLA.
Favorite Actor: Shah Rukh Khan
In an interview with Hindustan, Iqra revealed why Shah Rukh Khan is her favorite actor. She said, "I think he is the favorite actor of many people along with me. The kind of movies that are being made these days, on patriotism, I don’t think anyone can do a better job in them than Shah Rukh Khan."
Iqra, who grew up in Delhi and studied law in London, has seen a lot of love for Shah Rukh Khan in foreign countries. She said, "I have lived abroad as well, whenever India is mentioned, Shah Rukh’s name is always mentioned, especially abroad, wherever you go. I have seen him since childhood, I like him. Not only in looks but I feel that he communicates very well too. One always gets to learn from him. Be it his views or interviews or films, everyone likes them."
Will Iqra Get Married Like Sonakshi Sinha?
Bollywood actor Sonakshi Sinha has recently gotten married. Sonakshi did not do Nikah with Zaheer Iqbal, an actor of a different religion than her, but chose the path of registered marriage. In the interview, Iqra was also asked whether she will do Nikah or a registered marriage like Sonakshi.
Iqra replied, "Right now, since I am not getting much free time from work, I have not thought much about it. But whenever it happens, however it happens, it will happen in front of everyone, everyone will be told. Right now, there is no such intention, no preparation. Right now I just want to learn how to work in this new path, new position that I have got. If anything new comes in my personal life, everyone will be told. I have not thought about Nikaah or registered marriage yet, but if I get a chance, I can do both."
Shah Rukh Khan’s Next Film
Talking about Shah Rukh Khan, he delivered three back-to-back big hits last year – Pathan, Jawan, and Donkey. Now Shah Rukh will be seen in an action film with his daughter Suhana Khan named ‘King’.
