You can now review Apple iOS apps in the App Store

As of now, Apple allows users to evaluate the company’s iOS applications for iPhone and iPad.

Which means that right now you can say what you like and what you hate in applications like Music, News, Mail, among others.

The release of iOS 15 led to the suspension of the review restriction

Since launching iOS 15, Apple has lifted the restriction, in effect until now, that prevented users from reviewing or reviewing Apple’s iOS applications.

Apparently, Apple’s policy of restriction will have come to an end to respond to the existing competitive pressure. This is because third-party applications are required to display the rating given by users in the App Store.

What are the highest rated Apple apps by the public?

Since the option has only been available for a short time, user ratings and reviews still register a small number. However, the recent update for iOS 15, which, as usual with any update, carries some problems, has already caused some users to use the new “tools”.

For now, the conclusions that can be drawn is that no Apple application can have the maximum score of five stars. Right now, Voice Memos is top rated with a four star rating and the Weather app seems to be on the right track with a 3.7 star rating.

IOS apps that users can’t rate

However, it should be noted that the ability to post reviews and ratings is not available for native apps that are not listed on the App Store. In other words, apps like Messages are not open to public scrutiny as they cannot be removed or reinstalled through the App Store.

So far, one of the Apple applications most criticized by users is Translate, which gets just 2.2 stars and which, according to published reviews, lags behind its competitor Google Translate. Also, Apple News doesn’t go beyond 2.3 stars because it crashes while browsing articles, users say.
