You can now burn SHIB via Fiverr

A new way to burn the popular Shiba Inu meme coins has been announced through the social network of Twitter.

10% of purchase price to SHIB burn

Game developer Travis Johnson, who runs the Super Shib Store, has announced that his store has now created a link for Fiverr. Fiverr is the global freelance services platform. 10% of everything purchased through the link will be destroyed in SHIB.

This will be done by putting 10% of full purchases in SHIB and then sending this SHIB to the known burn address.

Regular SHIB transfers

The Super Shib Store carries out regular transfers from SHIB coins to dead-end wallets every Sunday. Since the launch of the project last October, a total of 3,022,826,872 SHIB tokens have already been burned.

It is worth noting that the number of SHIB coins being destroyed seems to be decreasing slightly every month. This is evidenced by data coming from Shibburn, the platform that tracks SHIB transfers to inferno wallets. However, this could be due to several video games coming out, including the Shiba Eternity collectible card game. Should the developers implement SHIB for in-game purchases, users may prefer to spend meme coins there rather than simply locking them in dead wallets.
