On May 24, Xiaomi will hold a press conference, revealing four new devices.
We have prepared a preview that shows you everything we already know about the new smartphones, fitness bracelet, headphones and laptop that the Chinese brand will launch on the market.
1. Redmi Note 11T Pro
The Chinese brand has already confirmed that on May 24 it will unveil the new series of smartphones, the Redmi Note 11T Pro, which will arrive focused on King Kong performance. The top-spec model in the series will be the Note 11T Pro+, so let’s focus on that one.
According to the latest information, the terminal will have the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor paired with 8 GB of RAM and will run Android 12 under the MIUI 13 interface.
The model will also have a 6.6-inch screen with Full HD + resolution and a high refresh rate of 144 Hz, which may suggest the integration of an IPS LCD panel.
The Redmi Note 11T Pro+ is expected to be available in 128, 256 and 512GB variants of internal storage capacity and pack a beefy 5000mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging.
2. Xiaomi mi band 7
The upcoming Mi Band 7 fitness bracelet is also confirmed for release on May 24 and it brings with it several significant improvements.
For example, the larger screen, now 1.6 inches, increases the viewing area by approximately 25% compared to the previous model.
Another novelty will be the integration of support for its own GPS. Which will make the Xiaomi Mi Band 7 provide more accurate training metrics and geographical location.
The new fitness bracelet will also feature various sports and health-oriented resources that will monitor sleep quality, heart rate and sleep quality.
3. Redmi Buds 4 Pro
Xiaomi has already made some revelations about the new Redmi Buds 4 Pro headphones that it will present on May 24. According to the brand, the model brings with it three novelties, the first of which will be a new low latency and noise reduction technology that is already certified by authorized bodies.
The second is an upgraded hi-fi that will offer better sound quality and give you a “new sense of hearing.”
As a third resource, there is the positioning in the market, due to the competitive price of 140 euros.
In the specifications themselves, the Redmi Buds 4 Pro will have support for Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and LC3 codec.
For the rest, the brand is also expected to include active noise cancellation technology (TWS) in this new model.
4. RedmiBook Pro 2022 Ryzen Edition
Xiaomi also confirmed that it will launch the RedmiBook Pro 2022 Ryzen Edition laptop on May 24. As its name suggests, the laptop will have the new AMD Ryzen processor inside, specifically the Ryzen 6000H. This chip is based on the Zen 3+ architecture that includes RDNA 2 GPUs and uses a 6nm manufacturing process.
The laptop will also feature a 14-inch screen and will be thinner and lighter than its predecessors. As for the design, as the brand has accustomed us, it will be in the style of Apple’s MacBook.
These are then the four new devices that Xiaomi will reveal at the next conference, scheduled for this Tuesday, May 24. They will all launch in the Chinese market, but are expected to hit the global market as well.
