This newest smart band comes with a larger 1.72-inch AMOLED screen. It boasts crisp visuals with a 212 x 520 pixel resolution. You will notice thinner borders around the screen, just 2.0 mm wide. The display is also brighter at 1,500 nits and offers a smooth 60 Hz refresh rate. This is a clear step up from the older model’s 1.62-inch screen and 1,200 nit brightness.
The Smart Band 10 comes in several cool colors for its body. You can pick from classic black or silver, a stylish rose gold, or a fresh green. There is even a premium ceramic version in pearl white. The standard model is quite thin at 10.95 mm and weighs only 15.95 grams. The ceramic version is a bit heavier at 23.05 grams. Xiaomi also offers many different strap styles. Choices include braided silk, a pearl chain, calf leather, metal, synthetic leather, and rubber.
Packed inside is a 9-axis motion sensor, ready to track your every move. It has many health and fitness features. The band can track your VOâ‚‚ Max, which shows your fitness level. It also monitors training load, recovery time, and running pace. You get over 150 workout modes to choose from. Plus, there are 10 special programs to help you improve your running.
This smart band is built to handle water. It has a 5ATM water resistance rating. This means it can withstand pressure equal to diving 50 meters deep. It even tracks your heart rate while you swim. An AI system can detect your swimming style with high accuracy. Xiaomi claims it is 96% precise. Other health features include round-the-clock heart rate monitoring. It also checks blood oxygen levels and stress. Women can use it for period cycle predictions. Sleep tracking is very detailed. It gives you daily, weekly, and monthly reports. There is even a 21-day plan to help you sleep better.
The Smart Band 10 runs on Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2 software. This helps it connect smoothly with other Xiaomi devices. It works with their smartphones, tablets, and smart home gadgets. It even links up with their earphones and electric vehicles. For general use, it connects to your phone using Bluetooth 5.4. It needs at least Android 8.0 or iOS 14.0 to work.
Powering the device is a 233 mAh battery. Xiaomi says it charges fully in just one hour. Once charged, it can last for several days. This means less time on the charger and more time on your wrist.
