Xiaomi has a wide range of products ranging from well-known smartphones to innovative products for the home. Now, the Chinese brand has just launched another computer for the home, Sweet Home, aimed at entertainment.

It’s called Projector Mini and the name says it all. Weighing just 1.2kg, the small projector is easy to transport and its robust design makes it resistant to any environment, indoors or out.

But the great novelty of this small device is the integration of NFC technology that allows the contents of the smartphone to be projected on a larger screen. The user simply touches the sensor area integrated in this projector, located on its chassis, with the mobile device so that the contents are immediately projected.

The Xiaomi Projector Mini is powered by an Amlogic T972 quad-core processor which, in turn, is paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.

According to Xiaomi, this projector is prepared to handle high-definition content as well as demanding software, without experiencing projection delays.

Despite only producing 250 ANSI lumens of brightness, the mini projector includes support for intelligent tracking autofocus as well as four-point keystone correction.

But best of all, it can be adjusted to the right, to the left, up or down, so that you project the best images on the screen that you have at your disposal, even if it is a huge white wall.

The new projector has a 29.97 Wh battery that provides autonomy for a projection of more than two hours, announces Xiaomi.

As for the sound, the Projector Mini integrates a 1.5-inch speaker with a power of 8 watts. To improve the quality of audio output, it is also equipped with WANOS panoramic sound, which gives the user a sense of three-dimensional space and a more immersive visual experience.

Otherwise, Xiaomi’s new portable projector can also be connected to MIJIA series smart devices and function as a smart hub. To do this, simply activate the XiaoAI assistant and use voice commands to perform a handful of operations, such as controlling smart home appliances or adjusting lights.
