Xiaomi Mi 11T: a 120Hz screen and triple photosensors in the program?

The Mi 11T, Xiaomi’s supposed next mid-range, is revealed a little more through a new leak. In fact, the leaker xiaomiui has just revealed part of his technical file on Twitter. Let’s check in.

If you follow the news from Android and, more particularly, from Xiaomi, you will know that leaks are increasing compared to the Mi 11T, the next mid-range for the Chinese brand. Lately, the smartphone passed into the hands of a Chinese certification body, which allowed us to learn more about the Mi 11T and its technical characteristics.

However, the famous leaker @xiaomiui has just revealed new information about him on Twitter this Monday, August 16, 2021. First, it confirms the presence of a SoC Dimension designed by Mediatek. A big change when we know the Mi 10T has boarded a Snapdragon 865. In all probability and if we trust the device’s pricing position, it could be a Mediatek Dimension 1200 AI, a processor that can be found in particular on the OnePlus Nord 2.

A 120 Hz panel and triple photosensor for the Mi 11T

According to the insider, the Mi 11T would codename Amber internally, while it would be launched in the Chinese market under the name Redmi K40 Ultra. In relation to certain aspects of its technical file, the leaker guarantees that the Mi 11T will have a 120 Hz panel. OLED or IPS, we’ll have to wait to find out.

So the device would benefit from a triple photo sensor consisting of a 64 MP OmniVision OC64B main sensor, a Sony IMX355 ultra wide-angle lens and a telemacro sensor with 3X zoom. According to their information, the Chinese version would be better off however, with a main 108 MP Isocell HM2 sensor from Samsung. A sensor that is found in particular on Realme 8 Pro.

If the manufacturer follows its schedule to the letter, we should have official news of the Mi 11T at the beginning of the school year.
