Xiaomi may soon launch its first affordable Android smartphone with 120W charging

China-based Xiaomi may be preparing a new flagship phone of value that could give the best Android devices like the Samsung Or the Huawei, a race for money. The next device, which is expected to be part of the Mi 11T series, will be a follow-up to last year’s popular Mi 10T Pro.

According to the Vietnamese YouTube channel The Pixel, the Mi 11T Pro will be powered by the same chipset qualcomm Snapdragon 888 than the best Xiaomi phones. (via XDA Developers). Also expected is a 120Hz AMOLED display and a large 5,000mAh battery. The phone’s main highlight, however, will be 120W wired charging support.

The Mi 11T, on the other hand, will apparently be powered by a MediaTek chipset. Since the Mi 11T will succeed last year’s successful Mi 10T, there’s a good chance it will use the powerful Dimensity 1200. The Redmi K40 Gaming Edition, which launched in April, uses the same chipset. Other speculations on the Mi 11T include a 120Hz OLED viewfinder and a triple-lens camera system with a 64MP main sensor.

“As for price, the leak suggests that the Mi 11T Pro will be priced between 13 and 15 million VND (about $570 to $659) in Vietnam. According to a report from” GizmoChina, the Mi 11T series will be announced at a global launch event on September 23rd.

The most affordable Mi 11 series phone from Xiaomi is a fantastic mid-range phone that offers good value for money. The Mi 11 Lite has a smooth 90Hz AMOLED display, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 732G chipset, and a 64MP main camera. Xiaomi also offers a 5G variant of the Mi 11 Lite with a more powerful Snapdragon 780G chipset.
