Xiaomi is already developing some of the best smartphones that will stand out in their 2022 state. And once again, we will have name differences from the Chinese versions to the global versions.
Xiaomiui’s website reveals that it has found information in the MIUI code and in the IMEI database about two devices codenamed ‘Matisse’ and ‘Rubens’. And they can vary between the Redmi and POCO sub-brands.
The smartphone codenamed ‘Matisse’ will be entitled to global, Indian and Chinese versions. And according to this source, it will be sold in China under the Redmi scope, reaching global markets under the POCO seal. The model number is ‘21121210G’, which indicates that it can be presented from December 2021.
POCO F4 GT could be one of Xiaomi’s highlights in 2022
The same source advances that the smartphone will be commanded by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor, and will have a 120 or 144Hz AMOLED screen. There will also be room for four cameras on the back, and it should be called the Redmi K50 Gaming Pro in China. It can reach the global markets like POCO F4 GT.
The smartphone codenamed ‘Rubens’ has just been discovered with the model number ‘22041211AC’ for China. And the name of your home country could be Redmi K50 Gaming.
This terminal can use the MediaTek Dimensity 7000 processor, which has not yet been introduced. But, as the name implies, it will be a more discreet version of the Dimensity 9000.
As can be seen from the model number, the expectation is that this smartphone will only be presented in April 2022. We will soon know if these dates will come true, and what these smartphones will bring to the market again.
