At the end of the year, Xiaomi presented in China its new series of top smartphones that should be launched globally in February.
But uniting the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro models, global users can have two bonuses: the Xiaomi 13S Ultra and the Xiaomi 13 Lite. The latter was detected on the Google Play Console platform. Let’s get to know him.
What we know about the Xiaomi 13 Lite
In December, Xiaomi officially introduced the new top 13 series. The Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro models are exclusive to the Chinese market for now. But, according to the rumors spread so far, during the Mobile World Congress 2023, which takes place in Barcelona from February 27 to March 2, the Chinese brand will launch the flagship series worldwide.
But best of all, these templates don’t come alone. The desirable photography-oriented Xiaomi 13S Ultra will also be unveiled, and quite possibly the Xiaomi 13 Lite as well.
The latter was now detected on the Google Play Console platform, which ended up revealing some of its main specifications.
The model, codenamed Ziyi, is equipped with a screen that offers a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a density of 440 ppi.
Inside there is a processor made up of four 2.4 GHz cores and four more at 1.8 GHz. By these characteristics it is understood that it is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chip.
The same platform also reveals that the model will include 8 GB of RAM and will even run Android 12 operating system.
No more is known, but from these revelations it is clear that it is indeed a Lite version of the brand’s latest high-end models. Until next February 27, it is possible that the web world will completely reveal this new Xiaomi smartphone.
Xiaomi 13S Ultra, the powerful of photography
Meanwhile, other news reports that Xiaomi will also introduce the 13S Ultra model which is intended for photography.
Even the 91Mobiles website has already advanced with some of the attributes of this model that will have the Leica seal in its optics department.
It is known that this Ultra model will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, similar to what happens with the other two models in the 13 series.
Already on the rear panel will be the quad rear camera configuration that will have a primary sensor with 50 megapixel resolution and 1 inch in size. Other sources also talk about the integration of a periscope sensor that will be quite powerful and effective, but no one advances its technical specifications.
