One of the most anticipated releases of the year for Xiaomi fans is the Xiaomi 12 Ultra. China’s most powerful smartphone continues to make headlines ahead of its likely July unveiling.
Getting closer to the launch, even Xiaomi itself can no longer help but contribute to the information leaks that affect the Xiaomi 12 Ultra. This after the brand shared the rear panel of this smartphone.

It was on the Youpin platform that Xiaomi made an unusual revelation. Surely by oversight, the Chinese technology company has listed the back panel of its next smartphone, the Xiaomi 12 Ultra.
This event allows us to confirm the back of the smartphone, especially the camera module. As several rumors point out, this will be round and will have at least three cameras.
Strictly speaking, the image reveals six holes on the rear panel of the Xiaomi 12 Ultra. The main sensor should be placed in the center, with the wide-angle lens positioned to its left and the periscope below.
There are three holes left with a purpose that are not yet fully clarified. Still, we can speculate that one will be for the flash and the others for sensors to support the overall operation of this camera.
The same image also offers a look at the screen of the Xiaomi 12 Ultra. In this sense, we can only confirm that the smartphone will arrive with a curved screen on the sides and will have very small margins.
The hype around the Xiaomi 12 Ultra is mainly due to its recent partnership with Leica. Although neither company has confirmed it, it is believed that this will be the first smartphone to enjoy the fruits of this collaboration.
Therefore, we expect a triple camera consisting of a 50 MP main sensor, a 48 MP wide angle and a 48 MP periscope. Leica will help optimize the results obtained with this set.
Inside, the Xiaomi 12 Ultra will come with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, up to 16GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of internal storage. Its battery will be 4900 mAh with fast charge of 120 W.
Finally, it is important to highlight the presence of a 6.6-inch AMOLED screen with Quah-HD+ resolution. Its refresh rate will be variable up to 120 Hz and it will have a maximum brightness of 1700 nits.
