Microsoft is now offering Xbox Series X console cases here in the Microsoft Store. At this point, Microsoft writes that the new protective covers should be available from November 10, 2023. You can pre-order at least one of the two new cases now.
There are two variants of the Xbox Series X console cases:
Starfield for 49.99 euros (see the lead image for this message). This case is said to be available starting November 10th, 2023. On this page you can read that you can pre-order the Starfield variant from October 18, 2023. This Starfield theme aims to perfectly match the recently released Starfield controller and Starfield headset.
Mineral Camo for 44.99 euros. This case is available for pre-order now and will be available for purchase on November 10th, with delivery from November 13th, 2023). With this cover you give your console a camouflage look.

According to Microsoft, both protective covers have stable sides, special fabric, a precise fit and a Velcro fastener. The cases have an individual, precise fit. All vents are open and small feet on the bottom of the cases are there to ensure air can flow freely through the console.
The cases consist of solid core plates, which Microsoft says are covered with high-tech fabric. The panels are folded around the console and fastened with Velcro. The inside of the case is equipped with silicone to prevent it from slipping.

With the new cases, Microsoft wants to offer gamers an easy way to customize their consoles. At the same time, buying a case is more affordable and sustainable than buying a special edition or limited edition console, as Microsoft writes.
