WV Raman told the difference between Shami and Bumrah, he told this bowler best

Former cricketer WV Raman has praised fast bowlers Mohammed Shami and Jasprit Bumrah for their strong performances in the Centurion test match. Along with this, you have also noticed a huge difference between these two bowlers. He has named Mohammed Shami as his first choice as a coach. In an interview with a news channel, Raman said: ‘Mohammed Shami and Bumrah are completely different. Bumrah has a lot of power in her shoulders and arms. He cooks hard. While Shami is a traditional bowler, he has everything you need for a good fast bowler. It is a better option for a coach.

Raman says: ‘All the technical things a fast bowler should have are in Shami. His run, pace and lineup are good. The second thing is how the ball swings after feeding. It is very special. We usually see that many bowlers do not complete their follow-up because they are concentrating on the swing. Because of this, the movement of the ball before going to the batter does not occur. Shami does it better. When Mohammed Shami played for the Ranji Bengal team, Raman was the coach of this team. Recalling this old time, Raman says: ‘I have seen him bowling even with a 102 degree fever. This was his debut match with the Bengal team. You can get an idea from this just how tremendous this bowler’s attitude towards the game is.

Praising Shami’s bowling, Raman says: ‘He doesn’t depend on her shoulders. There is a mutual harmony throughout your body while bowling. This is a must for a fast bowler. If one or two body parts don’t fit into alignment, then your vehicle is derailed. Shami knows all these things best. Will continue to work on these in the future as well. Mohammed Shami was instrumental in Team India’s victory in the Centurion event. Took 5 lots in the first driveway and 3 lots in the second driveway. For the past 5-6 years, he has played the role of the main pitcher of the India team in foreign fields.
