WTC Final: Oval scary image for India team worried about player injury, know

Australia’s challenge will be against Team India in the World Test Championship final. Both teams will face each other in the Oval field from June 7. In fact, before the World Test Championship final against Australia, the difficulties are continually increasing. Apart from Jasprit Bumrah, players like Rishabh Pant, KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer will not be part of the World Test Championship final due to injury. At the same time, the pictures coming out of the Oval field cannot now be said to be good for the Indian team.

It can be clearly seen from the viral images on social media that there is a lot of grass on the pitch, which is not a good sign for the India team. Cricket veterans believe that if there is grass on the Oval pitch, then the Australian team can benefit, while the problems of the Rohit Sharma-led India team may increase. However, it will be interesting to see if there are any changes on the pitch before the match or not… But the current pictures do not bode well for the India team.

Significantly, the Indian team reached the final of the World Test Championship in the year 2021 but had to face defeat against New Zealand. At the same time, this time Australia’s challenge will be in front of the Indian team. However, ahead of the World Test Championship final, the International Cricket Council (ICC) has made three major rule changes. In fact, after recommendations from the ICC Men’s Cricket Committee, the Chief Executives Committee was given the green light.

1- The use of a helmet against fast pitchers will be mandatory.

2- The use of a helmet will be mandatory, keeping the wickets against the fast bowling stumps.

3- When the fielders in front of the wicket are fielding close to the batsman, the use of helmets will be compulsory.
