The revelation of nine simultaneous secret marriages of a woman in India has taken everyone by surprise. Police have launched an investigation into the matter.
In Telangana’s Mehboobabad district, a woman named Swapna Kranti secretly married nine different men and did not let any husband know about it.
Swapna Kranti did not separate from any of her husbands but lived a quiet life with dust in their eyes.

However, when Swapna’s husband came to know about the matter, he decided to separate and the woman lodged a complaint against him at the police station and demanded action.
The woman also protested in front of the police station. When the husband arrived and handed over the details of his wife’s other secret marriages to the police in the form of evidence, the police officers were also taken by surprise.
Police have launched an investigation into the matter but the woman has not been arrested.
