The next ODI World Cup to be held in India will start from October 5. The ICC has also announced the official schedule in this regard, but the arrival of the Pakistani team in India has not been confirmed so far. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had applied to its government for permission to visit India and participate in the mega-event. A final decision on the matter will be made on August 3 under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister of Pakistan.

The Pakistani government had formed a 14-member committee under the leadership of Bilawal Bhutto. He was to prepare a report on whether or not to send his team to the mega-event to be held in India. Now, the final decision on this will come on August 3. A demand can be made on behalf of this committee to send a security team. So that the security provided to the Pakistani team during the World Cup can be reviewed.

Regarding the participation in the World Cup, a senior PCB official said in his statement to Cricbuzz that a decision on the team’s participation in the World Cup will be made at a high-profile meeting. Besides Sports Minister Ahsan Mazari, many other senior junta and government officials will be involved in this.

In the upcoming official schedule of the Pakistan cricket team, there may be a change in the date of the first matches. It also includes the match with India on October 15, which will be playable on October 14. Apart from this, there may be a change in the date of the first 2 matches of the team. An official announcement about the time change will be made this week.
