Will Kohli and Anderson be face to face one last time? Zaheer Khan gave this answer

Whenever India and England (IND vs EN G) meet in test matches, Virat Kohli and James Anderson are the most discussed face to face. This is because one is a batting master and the other is a bowling master. This discussion has now started even before the Test match kicks off at Edgbaston. Cricket fans are eagerly awaiting these two legends to come face to face once again. Amid all this, former India fast bowler Zaheer Khan says this could be the last time Anderson and Kohli meet.

In a question on Cricbuzz, when Zaheer was asked if Kohli and Anderson would see the battle one last time, the fast pitcher’s answer was “yes.” Zaheer said: ‘The more you watch the fight between these two, the more fun you have. But this might be the last time we see their clash. Anderson hasn’t been playing a lot of games in a while. He looks like he is about to retire. And then after this match he will probably take a long time to organize the next test series between India and England.

Zaheer says: ‘Kohli and Anderson’s collision will also be exciting this time. In the last series, we saw Anderson move the ball well. This time it will also be a challenge for the hitters. Virat Kohli may face some difficulties in dealing with it. Still, playing against Anderson is not easy.

The test match between India and England is part of the 5-match test series held last year. This test series could not be completed due to Corona. The final match of the series was postponed after Corona cases emerged in the Indian camp. The same match will now be played at Edgbaston on July 1. Currently, the Indian team is leading 2-1 in four games in this series.
