According to PTI, Tom Moody said in his statement that the Indian Premier League, which will be played between March and May along with other T20 leagues like ILT20, is important for every player. Because every domestic team will pay attention to the performance of these players in these tournaments because very good cricket is played in these leagues. Scoring runs, taking wickets and showing consistency will put you in a good position as it will help you make difficult selection decisions. That gives you the confidence, which is important for an important tournament like the T20 World Cup.
This time a total of 20 teams will take part in the T20 World Cup.
For the first time in the history of the T20 World Cup, which was held in June, 20 teams are taking part. Everyone is divided into 4 groups of 5 people each. India and Pakistan are in the same group where the big match between the two teams will be played on June 9 in New York. Additionally, teams from Ireland, America and Canada are also represented in India’s group. The final match of the tournament will be played on June 29 at the Barbados Grounds.
