A 30-year-old man has filed a petition in court against the world-famous band Nirvana’s most popular album, Nevermind. This person who appeared on the cover of this album is none other than Spencer Alden, a 4-month-old baby who is already older. Spencer sued the album’s creators for child pornography and demanded considerable damages from all surviving members. Let me tell you why this happened.
Spencer Alden was only 4 months old when Fred of the family took a nude photo of her in the pool in 1991. This photo was taken at the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center in Pasadena, California, which was used for the cover photo of “Nevermind” that anus. This album defined Generation X, which helped their band gain international popularity. The band made a lot of money from this album, but Alden says it didn’t benefit him.

In an interview, he also talked about it and said that “everyone thinks I’m making a lot of money by being on the album cover but it’s not like that.” He also refused. He says if it’s not important, why is it on his cover?
It has been said on behalf of Alden that because of this he suffered permanent and emotional damage to his income. However, it does not mention how great this loss was. His lawyer Maggie Maby said that because of this he had to undergo therapy for many years, he did not meet anyone who had not seen this photo of him naked.
