The audience is eagerly waiting for Ranbir Kapoor’s film Animal. The teaser of the film was released on June 11 this year, after which the excitement of fans increased even further. The film was earlier scheduled to release in August, but now the film will hit theaters on December 1st. Now the film’s producer Bhushan Kumar has opened up about it.
We tell you that Ranbir Kapoor starrer ‘Animal’ would be hitting theaters on August 11 along with Sunny Deol’s film ‘Gadar 2’ and Akshay Kumar’s ‘OMG 2’. But the makers had postponed the release of “Animal”. Now Bhushan Kumar has told that the release of Animal was postponed not only because of Gadar 2 and OMG 2 but also because of Jawaan.
Speaking to India Today, ‘Animal’ producer Bhushan Kumar said that the film will now hit theaters on December 1. He revealed that work on the film was not yet completed, so the film’s release was postponed. Furthermore, he also cited the film ‘Jawaan’ as the reason for postponing the release of ‘Animal’.
Bhushan Kumar said there were a lot of pre-orders for ‘Jawan’ in southern regions like Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The maker of the film Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Rashmika Mandanna, who plays the lead role in the film, are from the south. ‘Animal’ is a pan-Indian film and is gearing up for release in many languages. In such a situation, they want to promote the film in the same way as ‘Jawaan’.
The ‘Animal’ producer further said that the film has eight songs and all of them have to be dubbed in different languages like Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam, which takes time. Therefore, the film’s release was postponed. Now the film will be in cinemas on December 1st. We tell you that along with Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor will also be seen in Animal.
