Why is Sunny Deol’s bungalow not being auctioned now? Why the notice was withdrawn… the bank was telling the truth

The bank’s reaction finally surfaced at the auction of Gadar actor Sunny Deol’s bungalow. The Bank of Baroda (BoB) said Monday that the actor has agreed to pay the fees for his Mumbai bungalow. The bank’s statement came hours after it withdrew from saying it would auction the property of actor and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Sunny Deol to recover Rs 56 billion.

The bank said, “The borrower (Sunny Deol) has contacted the bank to settle the outstanding amount pursuant to the August 20 auction notice.” Amount/costs/fees and expenses payable at any time prior to the auction. ,

The bank then issued a similar notice on Monday morning (21 August), stating that the 20 August notice was being “withdrawn for technical reasons” but that an error was expected. The case against him will start in December 2022.
