This is version 2.22.8.3, and you should note that it is currently only available to a small number of users. WhatsApp will be working on this feature for several months, so it will only be a matter of time before it becomes available to everyone.
It is a novelty that works in the same way that we see in some of its competitors, such as Signal or Messenger itself. Giving a more accentuated touch to the message, some of the most used emojis appear, such as agreement, heart, laughter or amazement.
