WhatsApp offers a feature to create stickers from images in your gallery. Now the popular messaging app has gone a step further with the integration of sticker custom on iOS.
Stickers are a very popular form of communication in messaging apps. Currently, you can select an image from your gallery by simply dragging it into your WhatsApp conversation. At this point it will appear in the conversation.
iOS 17 users can now customize stickers. Just click on the sticker button and the button Create stickersyou can select the image you want to import. You'll then see an editing interface where you can add text, draw over it, or insert other elements like emojis.
If you want to edit an existing sticker, open the sticker tray and touch and hold the sticker you want to edit. Next, select the “Edit Sticker” button and you can customize the sticker to your liking and send it when you’re done.
Currently, we don't know what plans WhatsApp has to introduce this feature on Android.
