Kangana said: “There is a lot of curiosity among the people about the elections, but in 2024 the same thing will happen as it happened in 2019.” In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) won 353 seats and returned to power.

Kangana Ranaut has also indicated on many occasions that she will participate in the elections in the future. While promoting Tamil actress-turned-politician Jayalalithaa’s film ‘Thylavi’, Kangana had said that if her fans want her, she will definitely join politics. .

Talking about Kangana’s work front, ‘Emergency’ is the actress’s first solo directional film. This film revolves around the life of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and Kangana has played the role of the late politician. Apart from Kangana, Anupam Kher, Mahima Chowdhary, Vishak Nair and Shreyas Talpade have lead roles in the film. Kangana will soon also be seen in ‘Tejas’. In this movie, she will be seen playing the role of an Indian Air Force pilot. The official release date of the film is still awaited.
