Kangana is currently busy preparing for the release of her upcoming period drama film ‘Emergency’ these days. Amid all this, the actress reached Haridwar on Sunday. During this, she visited the Kali temple and also performed Ganga Aarti. During her visit, she also reacted to the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
Kangana said: “There is a lot of curiosity among the people about the elections, but in 2024 the same thing will happen as it happened in 2019.” In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) won 353 seats and returned to power.

Talking about Kangana’s work front, ‘Emergency’ is the actress’s first solo directional film. This film revolves around the life of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and Kangana has played the role of the late politician. Apart from Kangana, Anupam Kher, Mahima Chowdhary, Vishak Nair and Shreyas Talpade have lead roles in the film. Kangana will soon also be seen in ‘Tejas’. In this movie, she will be seen playing the role of an Indian Air Force pilot. The official release date of the film is still awaited.
Apart from these, Kangana will be seen in ‘Chandramukhi 2’. Directed by P Vasu, ‘Chandramukhi 2’ is the next installment of the hit Tamil horror-comedy film ‘Chandramukhi’.
