Get ready, Nevermore fans! The second part of Wednesday Season 2 just dropped, and it brought some big changes. We saw shocking deaths and twists that shook up our favorite characters and even some relationships. If you haven’t watched yet, this story has major spoilers for the newest episodes of Wednesday. You’ve been warned!
The season’s second half, which premiered on Wednesday, September 3, plunged us back into the dark world of Nevermore. Wednesday Addams, played by Jenna Ortega, was still on the hunt for a killer. She worked hard to connect the new murders at Nevermore to her family’s spooky past.
Wednesday and Tyler, played by Hunter Doohan, found themselves in a strange dance. Their messy, yet undeniable bond nearly led them to destroy each other, but they pulled back just in time. Tyler spent most of the season tangled in his own family drama. In the end, he still didn’t have a clear path or a master to follow. Before these episodes hit Netflix, Hunter Doohan spoke about his hopes for the character’s future. He simply shared that he wanted to stay on the show. He also said he would jump at the chance to work with Alfred Gough, Miles Millar, or Tim Burton any day.
Good news for fans: Wednesday Season 3 is already confirmed! Creative director Alfred Gough and Netflix content chief Bela Bajaria announced the renewal in July. They also mentioned that a Wednesday spin-off is in the works. Gough hinted, "We’re definitely looking at that. There are other characters we can explore." Bajaria added that "There’s much to uncover in the Addams family."
Now, let’s break down where everyone stands after the dramatic finale, with all episodes streaming on Netflix.
Wednesday Addams

Thanks to Wednesday, the forces of good and evil found their balance at Nevermore. A few new characters met their end, but everyone else walked away safe and sound. Wednesday herself rode off from school on her uncle’s motorcycle. However, the very last scene of the season hinted that her family’s full story isn’t out yet, especially when it comes to her mysterious aunt.
Enid Sinclair

Enid didn’t just help Wednesday fight off the season’s big bad guys. She also sorted out her own messy love life, choosing herself over any boy. She dug deeper into her powers as a werewolf, finding out she might even become an alpha. Go, Enid!
Tyler Galpin

Tyler’s journey took some dark turns. After escaping Willow Hall, he found his mother, who was thought to be dead but was actually alive. Their reunion was short-lived because his uncle, known as Slurp in human form, soon showed up. The dynamic between Slurp and Tyler’s mom was intensely codependent and twisted. Tyler got tangled in their evil schemes, which put him in Wednesday’s path many times. But in the end, Wednesday actually saved Tyler’s life. He turned into a Hyde again, fighting his mother to her death. The final scene shows Tyler joining forces with Isadora, played by Billie Piper. Isadora claimed her father was a Hyde and wanted to create a support group for others like them.
Bianca Barclay

Bianca Barclay faced a tough challenge this season. She was blackmailed by Professor Dort, played by Steve Buscemi, who founded the cult her mother had fallen into. But Bianca managed to break free from his grasp, potentially with the help of a blossoming relationship with Ajax.
Morticia Addams, Gomez Addams and Pugsley Addams

Wednesday’s quirky family stepped up big time this season. Morticia, Gomez, and even Pugsley (played by Isaac Ordonez) played a larger role in helping Wednesday. Pugsley, in particular, was kidnapped and nearly died due to his loyalty to Slurp. By the end of the season, Pugsley made some new friends and headed back to the Addams’ residence to relax before his next year at Nevermore Academy.
