The identity of the mysterious Huawei smartphone that recently appeared on some certification sites has been discovered. Apparently it is a new model of the Nova series that was identified thanks to the live images broadcast.

And it is in the TENAA list where we can see the images of the new terminal, whose name has not been revealed, but which shows the Nova brand on the back of the model. Unsurprisingly, this is a 4G communications model that will be running HarmonyOS. It has the model number JLN-AL00 and is equipped with a 6.78-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 2388 x 1080 pixels.

As has already been advanced, the new Nova terminal integrates a quadruple rear camera configuration, in an original oval module, which includes a 108-megapixel primary sensor, assisted by a second eight-megapixel sensor and two more than two megapixels each.

The Nova smartphone will be powered by a 3900 mAh battery with support for fast charging of 66 watts and at the controls will be an octa-core 2.4 GHz processor, still unknown, which will be combined with 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of internal storage.

Soon we will have more news about the hitherto unknown terminal that will arrive with a featherweight of 191 grams and a strong blue variant that hardly goes unnoticed.

HiSilicon chips will return and arrive later this year

Huawei poster announcing the return of HiSilicon chips

Due to the sanctions imposed by the United States of America, Huawei has had more difficulties than other manufacturers to overcome the difficulties caused by the crisis of shortages of components.

And although Huawei turns to Qualcomm for the supply of chips, without 5G communications (another current sanction), the company needed to find an efficient long-term solution. And it seems that it has succeeded by keeping its HiSilicon division active, which has focused its efforts on chip design.

Recently, Huawei released a teaser announcing that the HiSilicon chips are alive and will be back on the market later this year. But the company is not moving forward and there are several questions in the air related to who will be part of the production of the chips and what kind of solution will exist to support 5G communications.
