War in Ukraine: Emmanuel Macron accuses Marine Le Pen of maintaining a “speech of capitulation”

Emmanuel Macron accused the president of RN deputies, Marine Le Pen, of maintaining “a speech of capitulation”, since the beginning of the war in Ukraine. And this because she “is the friend of Russian power”said the Head of State, Saturday, December 3, in an interview with the Parisian (article reserved for subscribers). “It’s not a discoveryhe added. She is the friend of Russia and the enemy of NATO. Well, not me”.

He was also delighted that the French had him “selected” in the second round of the presidential election, rather than the candidate of the National Rally, arguing that if Marine Le Pen was in her “square”, “it would be isolation, the marginalization of France and above all less chance for Ukraine to resist”.

“We would be in a funny béchamel”, he summarized. He also taxed “false and dangerous” the MP’s accusations of compromising the “own security” of the country by delivering Caesar guns to Ukraine. “The head of the armed forces that I am can assure you that each time we deliver something, we do so while preserving all of our national soil defense capabilities, our critical areas and our nationals”he assured.
