Wam Global becomes the leader in ecommerce solutions in Spain with the acquisition of Interactiv4 and Blackbird

The digital transformation consultancy WamGlobal announces the integration of the companies Interactive4 Y black bird, specialists in eCommerce solutions and in the implementation and adoption of Salesforce respectively. With the aim of consolidating itself as the leader in e-commerce solutions in Spain. After the operation, the company will reach consolidated net income of 16 million euros in 2022 and an EBITDA of 2.2 million euros.
