Vivo X Fold+: folding smartphone already has an official presentation date

Vivo X Fold was the first folding smartphone launched by the Chinese manufacturer. Now, it is preparing to launch the successor to this team, which will be presented on September 26.

Remember that the Vivo X Fold never had global launch honors. And according to the brand, at least for now, this will be a product only launched in China. But Vivo’s goal is to make its foldable devices for global markets and rival Samsung.

In terms of information leaks, the Vivo X Fold + will be similar to its predecessor. However, the processor upgrade could be the big difference. If the previous model came with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, the new one will have the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.

As you can see in the image, the new Vivo X Fold+ will be aesthetically very similar to the previous model. One of the novelties will be in relation to the colors blue and red, with a vegan leather finish.

We can expect a 4730mAh battery with 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. We should expect an 8.03-inch AMOLED display inside and a 6.53-inch outside.

Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1

Users should expect a single 12GB RAM variant and 256GB and 512GB internal storage versions. In the cameras we will have a main camera of 50 MP, ultra wide angle of 48 MP and telephoto of 12 MP and periscopic lenses of 8 MP.
