Just last week, we caught wind of the vivo V50 Lite, a budget-friendly mid-range smartphone, courtesy of a listing on the Google Play Console database. Now, fresh leaks have surfaced, bringing with them a slew of juicy details – including renders, specs, and pricing. It appears that the vivo V50 Lite will come in two main flavors: a 5G variant and a 4G one. The 4G model will be powered by the Snapdragon 685 chip, boast a 50-megapixel primary camera, and a 2-megapixel secondary camera. The selfie camera, meanwhile, will come in at a whopping 32 megapixels. A sizable 6,500 mAh battery will keep the lights on, with support for 90W fast charging.
The 5G variant, on the other hand, will swap out the Snapdragon chip for a MediaTek Dimensity 6300. It will also add an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera to the mix. In terms of design, however, the two models will be virtually indistinguishable. Both the 4G and 5G versions of the vivo V50 Lite will feature IP65 water and dust resistance, and will ship with Android 15, wrapped in FuntouchOS 15. The 4G model will start at around €250. As for the 5G variant, pricing remains a mystery for now.
