Vivo Keyd Stars Hits Historic 31st LoL Global Power Ranking for Brazil

The Vivo Keyd Stars (VKS) team just keeps climbing! This Brazilian League of Legends (LoL) organization hit the 31st spot in Riot Games’ Global Power Rankings. No other Brazilian team has ever ranked this high globally. It’s a big moment for esports fans, showing off the talent coming from regions often overlooked.

Riot Games kicked off this ranking system in 2024. It’s designed to spotlight the best Tier 1 teams from championships all over the world. VKS earned its impressive rank through sheer skill and hard work. Their recent wins speak volumes. They grabbed the LTA Sul (League of The Americas) title and then secured a runner-up spot in the LTA Championship. These big wins helped them jump 18 places up the list.

Other teams from the region are also making their mark. Close behind VKS is paiN Gaming, sitting at number 37. RED Canids isn’t far off either, showing a solid block of regional powerhouses. The LTA Sul itself reached a new milestone in strength. For the first time, it scored 1,015 points. This puts it 306 points behind the LEC, a major European league, which is no small feat.

The event kicks off next Tuesday, the 14th. Their first opponent is still a mystery, adding to the suspense. Fans can catch all the action on LTA Sul’s official Twitch and YouTube channels. It’s an exciting time to watch regional talent shine on the world stage.
