Virat Kohli: Zimbabwean all-rounder Sikandar Raza, who is in excellent form, has to face the Indian team in the three-match ODI series this month. Before the start of this series, he was asked who is the better batsman between Virat Kohli and Babar Azam. This question may be puzzling to most of the world’s active cricketers, but just like the name of it, he didn’t panic. Sikandar gave the best answer to this.

Raza, 36, has read songs praising India’s star batsman Virat Kohli, but his style is different. Many people have praised Kohli, but probably no one has said what Sikander said. He said the former India captain is part of a group in the world of sport that includes the greatest boxer of all time, Muhammad Ali, and golf legend Tiger Woods.

The all-rounder from Zimbabwe believes that Kohli has revolutionized world cricket with his game and has set a trend that everyone wants to follow.

Raza told a YouTube channel: “Virat bhai is a player of all formats. I would like to put Virat in the same group as Tiger Woods and Mudhammad Ali, these guys revolutionized their respective games, they all thought differently and did something new that they all followed after.”

Sikandar, who led his team to two centuries in the recent one-day series against Bangladesh, further said of Kohli: “Cricket has always attached importance to fitness, but the way Virat Kohli carried fitness forward in this game, was seen by young people. The generation goes on. This is a great achievement, people should give him credit for it.”

Asked what advice he would like to give to Kohli, who is going through a rough patch, he said: “I don’t have enough experience to give any advice to someone who has scored between 16,000 and 20,000 runs. What am I going to tell them? I will say nothing. People should remain silent and let Virat be in peace. Leave them alone, they will climb back to the top.”
