It’s a funny thing about some games: they just keep on giving. While many titles come and go, Vampire Survivors has consistently managed to keep players hooked. Even after a good run on the market, the developers keep adding fresh content. Now, a highly requested feature that fans have been hoping for is finally making its way into the game.

The folks at Poncle, the team behind Vampire Survivors, have just launched a public beta for their new Online mode. This test period is all about making sure the gameplay feels right before the full release. A big change here is that players won’t be tethered to the same screen, which was the case in the older Co-op mode. Now, if you want to explore a different part of the map, you can just go for it. This freedom has been a dream for many players for a very long time. If you’re eager to try it out, you can jump into the Public Beta directly through the game right now. You can learn more about this on the official Steam announcement here.
But wait, there’s more in the pipeline for Vampire Survivors. The team has a busy schedule ahead, starting with version 1.14. This update will bring the complete Online Free-Roam mode to the game, alongside even more new content. Beyond digital updates, Poncle is also crafting a physical Vampire Survivors board game. They are developing this board game themselves, and it will be available for pre-order sometime in the future.
For those who haven’t jumped in yet, Vampire Survivors is widely available. You can find it on various game consoles, PC, and mobile devices.
