Brazil’s Stellae Gaming has been eliminated from the VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) Ascension 2025, leaving Team Solid as the country’s sole remaining contender in the international esports tournament.
Stellae Gaming lost a crucial best-of-three series 2-1 against ENVY on Tuesday, failing to secure a spot in the playoffs. The defeat marks the end of their run in the high-stakes competition.
The team shared their disappointment and resilience on social media. “Unfortunately, today we couldn’t impose our game on the last two maps and the defeat came,” Stellae Gaming posted. “We stayed on the path in Ascension, but we leave with our heads held high and with everything we learned on this journey.”

The series began favorably for Stellae Gaming, who secured the first map, Abyss, with a close 19-17 score after an extended overtime period. However, ENVY rallied decisively in the subsequent maps.
ENVY dominated the second map, Sunset, winning 13-3. They then delivered a crushing blow in the decisive third game on Bind, achieving a perfect 13-0 score to seal Stellae Gaming’s elimination.
With Stellae Gaming out, Team Solid (TSS) now stands as Brazil’s last hope in the VCT Ascension 2025. The schedule for the upcoming playoff matches, including Team Solid’s opponent, is expected to be released shortly.
