Valeria Cuevas Eliminated Again from Top Chef VIP 4: Error-Filled Night

Valeria Cuevas has once again exited the ‘Top Chef VIP 4’ kitchen, but this time, her farewell felt completely different. The Mexican singer, who had earned her spot back in the competition after winning a fierce duel, made her final departure. Her first elimination had been tearful, but this second goodbye was filled with peace and a sense of accomplishment.

Her fellow contestants and judges noticed the change. Matías Ochoa shared his thoughts, saying, “We got to know a completely new Valeria. That’s wonderful, and I think she’s leaving happy.” Chef Betty Vásquez also praised her journey, telling Valeria, “You left under a dark cloud, but you returned calm, peaceful, and driven. We saw how much you grew in the short time you were back.” Lorena Herrera highlighted Valeria’s positive nature, noting she never had issues with anyone. She called Valeria a charming person who has become very well-liked on the show.

A Night of Kitchen Chaos and Distractions on ‘Top Chef VIP 4’

Before Valeria Cuevas’s calm departure, the kitchen had been a pressure cooker of emotions and blunders. It was clear many contestants were not having their best night, with mistakes and moments of lost focus aplenty.

Yany Prado, the Cuban actress, faced a particularly tough moment. While preparing a sandwich, she found herself thinking of her father, as it was one of his favorite dishes. This rush of emotion completely threw her off, and she almost walked away from the challenge. After serving her plate, Yany apologized to the judges. They quickly reassured her that no apology was needed, understanding it was a very sensitive situation. She promised to deliver better results next time.

Not everyone was as calm. A heated moment flared between Salvador Zerboni and Juan Soler. Zerboni’s bread dough ended up too dry because he added too much flour, leading to a small disagreement with Soler. “Don’t scold me, don’t yell at me,” Zerboni told him. Soler shot back, “Then why do you ask for my help?” Minutes later, the 59-year-old actor cut his finger right in front of Carmen Villalobos. “Nurse, a new finger!” he quipped, trying to make light of a serious situation. Soler blamed the accident on his distraction and the fatigue he’s felt throughout the contest. He had already announced that he would soon be leaving ‘Top Chef VIP 4’ due to “extreme tiredness.”
