US President's house searched for 13 hours, more secret documents found

US Department of Justice investigators searched President Biden’s home for thirteen hours, recovering six more classified documents.

During the search of the US President’s residence, his personal notes were also taken into custody. The recovered documents date back to Biden’s senatorship.

Many other documents date back to the Obama administration when Biden was vice president, and during the search, President Biden and his wife were not present at the residence.

The FBI says President Joe Biden is not authorized to keep classified official documents in personal custody, which will be made part of the National Archives.

Under the Presidential Records Act, documents of White House officials cannot be kept anywhere except in the National Archives.
