Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will be traveling to this Friday Berlin and then to Paris for Sign security agreements that guarantee long-term military and financial support for your country.
The head of the German government, Olaf Scholz, will receive Zelensky in Berlin in the morning, where they will sign the agreement and then hold a press conference, a spokesman for the German executive branch said.
The Ukrainian leader will then travel to Paris to conclude a similar agreement with President Emmanuel Macron, with whom he will also meet and make a joint appearance.
The agreements represent a continuation of commitments signed by the G7 on the sidelines of a NATO summit in Vilnius in July 2023.
These security commitments may include the provision of modern military equipment that is interoperable with NATO, the training of Ukrainian soldiers, or the strengthening of the Ukrainian defense industry. AFP
