Ukraine poisoned hundreds of Russian soldiers

Moscow: Russia’s Defense Ministry has accused Ukraine of poisoning hundreds of Russian soldiers stationed in the southeastern region of Zaporizhzhia.

According to foreign media, an adviser to the Ministry of Interior of Ukraine responded by saying that Russia provided its soldiers with unhealthy food, which worsened their health.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, on July 31, several soldiers were transferred to a military hospital in critical condition. Through tests, the toxic substance ‘botulinum toxin type B’ has been found in their bodies.

Russia said the poisoning of the troops was approved by Ukrainian President Zelensky. Russia did not say how many soldiers were affected by the poisoning.

It should be noted that the tension between Russia and Ukraine has been maintained for several months. Russia has gained control over many key areas of Ukraine through military force.
