UG Chahal and Kuldeep must not stand a chance in the squad, the team needs Sundar

For the past few years, Team India has been looking for the perfect starting XI. Sometimes there is a lack of batsmen and sometimes there is a lack of bowlers on the team. In such a situation, questions are raised about Indian star weirdos Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav. In the first ODI game against the West Indies, both Kuldeep and Chahal were in the starting eleven, leaving the team looking weak.

Due to poor batting performance, Team India could not reach 150 runs. After losing quick and steady wickets early on, the Indian team was short of batsmen. In such a situation, it can be difficult for the team to keep Kuldeep Yadav and UG Chahal together in the starting XI.

The team needs an all-rounder like Washington Sundar. Sundar has the ability to end up batting well, so the team’s batting order can be strengthened. Sundar performs well in both batting and bowling. Sundar is a player who plays all three formats for India. In such a situation, there will be no format problem to include him in the team. Sundar played his last game for India in February 2023 as a T20 International against New Zealand.

Significantly, Sundar made his international debut in December 2017. So far he has played 4 Tests, 16 ODIs and 35 international T20 matches for India. While batting in 6 Test innings, he hit 265 runs with an average of 66.25 and bowled for 6 wickets.

In addition, Sundar has hit 233 runs in 9 ODI innings with an average of 29.12 and bowled 16 wickets. At the same time, Sundar has scored 107 runs in batting in T20 International and has scored 29 wickets in bowling. At T20 International, Sundar has bowled runs with an economy of just 7.22.
