The UAE Ministry of Finance has announced that consumers can now pay government service fees through approved electronic methods.
According to Emirati media, the Ministry of Finance of the United Arab Emirates has said that over the next three months, the federal government will gradually stop using the e-dirham platform to collect fees for its services. Consumers can now pay government service fees using various approved payment methods in the Emirates.
According to the report, this initiative has been taken in response to the suggestions and needs of consumers and aims to provide them with easier, more flexible and more efficient payment methods. Consumers can now choose the appropriate payment method to pay federal government service fees using common electronic payment methods such as Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, bank transfer, as well as direct debit and credit cards.
