Two Argentines, aged 18 and 32, have been charged with taking over a family in Maldonado

This Sunday afternoon, the judiciary charged two Argentinians, aged 18 and 32, as perpetrators cupping to a family in the Maldonado Park neighborhood of the city Maldonado.

Both were charged with felony deprivation of liberty and confiscation. They serve 120 days of preventive detention and await the final court verdict. Local police sources said this Underlined that none of them have a history in Uruguay. The police don’t know whether these exist in their country.

The Argentine was arrested by the Colonia prefecture on Saturday afternoon. There, officers noticed in the system that they were wanted and notified Maldonado police.
