At the moment, a new information is that a new tenant will soon arrive at Sushant’s house in Mumbai, where the actor breathed his last.
Sushant Singh Rajput, who produced blockbuster movies like ‘MS Dhoni’, had rented an apartment for himself in Bandra, Mumbai, now it is reported that a new tenant might be coming to that house soon. After the death of the actor, this luxurious house built on Carter Road in Bandra West would have remained closed for about two and a half years.
Let us tell you that during the lockdown in the year 2020, there was a sensation over the sudden death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. It was said in reports that the actor had committed suicide by hanging himself in his rented house. This luxury home has reportedly been empty since the actor’s death. However, now the flat will have a new owner.
According to the India Today report, the owners of the flat are currently living abroad. They have planned to rent this house to someone. The home’s owners are reportedly looking for a new tenant for the place. However, the new tenant will have to pay around Rs 5 lakh per month as rent for this house.
The report indicates that the interested party is in talks with the owner of the house and it is likely that the agreement will be presented soon. Last year, a flat broker revealed that some potential tenants were banned from renting the space, but now people have started to change this as it’s been a long time since the actor’s death.
We told you that actor Sushant Singh Rajput had rented this flat for around three years and would be living there until December 2022. Sushant lived with his flatmates Riya Chakraborty, Siddharth Pithani and house helpers Neeraj and Keshav.
