The coronavirus outbreak in the Volleyball Palma of the Volleyball Super League continues to increase and already affects twelve of the thirteen players that make up the Balearic club’s squad, after a new confirmed case in the last hours.

He adds that this Tuesday three more positives have been known in the covid-19, which added to the eight registered on Monday, “They give a total of eleven, to which must be added the case of the player who tested positive a little over a week ago”, says the Palma Volleyball.

All staff members are in their respective homes and the club expects them to return to training after the Christmas parties once the quarantine period has passed.

Voley Palma had already announced that the outbreak in the team “It started with the positive of a member of the staff”, and that from there he performed the tests on the rest of the players.

The outbreak in Voley Palma has appeared before the Christmas break of the Superliga and, according to the club, “It will help the players to recover well from the virus and to be able to return to training next week, already with the last covid-19”.
