Twelve killed in a Russian attack on a residential building in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro

The Ukrainian authorities have denounced at least twelve deaths and 64 wounded after a Russian attack against a residential building in the city of Dnipro, in the east of the country.

"A Russian missile has already taken the lives of twelve innocent people"has published the military governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region, Valentin Reznichenko, on his account on the Tlegram social network.

Previously, Reznichenko himself had reported nine deaths, including a 15-year-old girl, as well as 64 injured, of whom 59 are hospitalized. The rest are receiving care in their own homes.

"The Russian missile has brought grief to dozens of families in Dnipro", has been lamented. The building has been hit by at least one missile and an as yet unknown number of people are under the rubble.

"These Russians are just inhuman."lamented the deputy director of the office of the Ukrainian Presidency, Kirilo Timoshenko. "At least one ladder has disappeared. Under the rubble are people who were back home for vacation."has added.

The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has published an image, according to the authorities, of the building hit, whose façade shows serious material damage.
